Impact of fetal growth restriction on pregnancy outcome in women undergoing expectant management for preterm pre-eclampsia

CONCLUSION: FGR is commonly present in women with early preterm preeclampsia being managed expectantly and outcomes are poorer. FGR is associated with a shorter latency, more emergency caesarean deliveries, fewer successful inductions, and increased rates of neonatal morbidity and death.
