Chronological comparison of TAVI and SAVR stratified to surgical risk: a systematic review, meta-analysis, and meta-regression

CONCLUSIONS: TAVI demonstrated an increasing trend of all-cause mortality compared with SAVR when evaluated over a long-term follow-up.
