Mifepristone: effect on PBMC receptivity in healthy women and women with endometrial hyperplastic processes

In our previous study we found that peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) at women with endometrial proliferative processes increase their sensitivity to the suppressing action of sex steroid hormones. In order to reduce the receptivity of PBMC, it is possible to prescribe hormonal drugs. However, when studying the relative binding activity of the receptors, it was found that the affinity of medroxyprogesterone acetate, norethisterone acetate, in PBMC was 54% and 48% respectively. And research of selective modulators of progesterone receptors is promising.
