ECG tremors and polyminimyoclonus of spinal muscular atrophyType-III

A developmentally normal 8-year-old girl with nonconsanguineous parents was presented to the pediatric neurology clinic with difficulty in climbing stairs and running and frequent falls for 2 years. Examination revealed polyminimyoclonus (see video), bilateral calf hypertrophy, proximal girdle weakness, and areflexia with no tongue fasciculations. Anterior horn cell disease was suspected.
