Food Res. 2023,67,202200336DOI:10.1002/mnfr.202200336Green tea epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) inhibits the growth of 3T3-L1 white and D12 beige preadipocytes at least through modulations of microRNA-let-7a and high mobility group AT-hook 2 (HMGA2) expression levels. EGCG increases microRNA-let-7a levels and decreases HMGA2 gene expression. This is reported by Ching-Feng Cheng, Hui-Chen Ku, Yung-Hsi Kao, and co-workers in article number2200336.
