Amyopathic dermatomyositis with TIF1? positivity treated with IVIG

We present a patient with anti-TIF1? positive amyopathic dermatomyositis associated with bilateral breast cancer. The patient was safely treated with trastuzumab for breast cancer and intravenous immunoglobulin for dermatomyositis.
