Enhancing Obesity Management Through a Nurse Practitioner-Guided Behavioral Counseling Program
This study demonstrates that the use of a nurse practitioner-led program can result in weight loss. Significant improvement in weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, quality of life, and self-efficacy for exercise was noted.
