Effects Of Biologics Treatment In Type 2-High Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyp Patients.

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is often characterized by a type 2 inflammation of nasal and sinus mucosa, frequently with comorbid asthma. Development of immunomodulatory drugs, targeting these inflammatory pathways, advanced treatment methods. We aimed to investigate how different biologicals modulate inflammation and understanding different responder rates in distinct patient populations.
