Tectonic mini-Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (mini-DSEK) in the management of corneal perforation secondary to pediatric blepharokeratoconjunctivitis

We report the outcome of a novel technique, tectonic mini-Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (mini-DSEK), to treat a corneal perforation secondary to BKC in a 14-year-old boy after failure to respond to cyanoacrylate glue application and multilayer amniotic membrane patch grafting.
