Efficacy and mechanisms of change in exposure-based and cognitive stand-alone body image interventions in women with overweight and obesity

CONCLUSIONS: Both types of interventions might be effective in the reduction of self-reported body dissatisfaction and interview-based shape concerns in overweight and obesity.
