Right ventricular wall dissection complicating myocardial infarction
We report a 68-year-old patient who presented with acute myocardial infarction and was found to have right ventricular wall dissection by ventriculography. At surgery, the infarcted myocardium was excised, and a two-patch technique was used to repair the ventricular septal defect.
