Working from home ‘makes people weaker and could damage bones’

The rise in working from home has led to a drop in physical activity which could result in brittle bones, experts fear. A fall in commuting has contributed to 13 percent of people being less active than a year ago, says the Royal Osteoporosis Society. It also found many are abandoning pandemic fitness regimes.
