Dexlansoprazole prevents pulmonary artery hypertension by inhibiting pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell to fibroblast transition
CONCLUSIONS: Dexlansoprazole can prevent PAH through promoting cGMP generation and inhibiting pulmonary vascular remodeling through restraining PASMCs' proliferation, migration, and phenotypic transition to fibroblast-like cells.
