Surgical Treatment for Postparalytic Facial Synkinesis: A 35-Year Experience

Conclusions: Combined myectomy and neurectomy followed by functioning free muscle transplantation for type II and III synkinetic patients leads to promising and long-lasting results despite high revision rates.
