State senate just passed a bill making abortion illegal - no exception clause for mother ’s health

Indiana senate just passed a law banning abortion except in cases of rape or incest. They’ve conveniently left out the mother’s health exception clause. So what’s the game plan for treating ectopic pregnancies in these states? Serial ultrasounds until no fetal heart rate and then proceed with management?
