Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the Larynx

We report a rare case of laryngeal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in an 85-year-old female patient, which was difficult to diagnose even after several biopsies from the primary laryngeal lesion, both under local and general anesthesia, and the diagnosis of DLBCL was obtained from the lymph node biopsy, which appeared in the proximity of the larynx 2 months after the first biopsy from the larynx.
