Corona-phobia and work-life imbalance affected nurses psychological well-being

Implications for practice and research Organisational support, work–life balance and social/psychological support may be important factors to consider nurturing nurses’ well-being. Qualitative studies are needed to explore nurses’ working days during a pandemic and how structural and personal factors influence work conditions and nurses’ encounters with patients.
