Coronary ostial angioplasty for juvenile Takayasu arteritis involving the coronary artery using external iliac artery grafts

We present a case of juvenile Takayasu arteritis with bilateral subclavian artery occlusions treated with a novel coronary artery ostial angioplasty using the external iliac artery.
