Retiring CEO Bresch leaves a legacy of growth at Mylan
Global pharmaceutical company Mylan NV announced its CEO and Board Director Heather Bresch will retire as the company merges with Pfizer Inc. unit Upjohn by the middle of 2020 to form a new company with the EpiPen, Lipitor and Viagra among its products.
In 2012, Bresch was the first woman named CEO of a Fortune 500 global pharmaceutical company.
