Tons of weird symptoms
You guys seeing any of this? We are having many fold more young people coming in with just really weird symptoms. It's always "Chest pain, left toe pain, headache, and arm itchiness" "nausea, palpitations, left neck pain, and sore throat" "diarrhea, headache, and transient dizziness" " head pain, cough-asthma, bilateral knee, foot, arm pain" "shocks all over the body, left arm swelling" It's non stop. What is the FM "sweet spot" in terms of disease complexity?

Any thoughts on this case?
30 yo f with presents with 1 mo hx of the rash shown below which is also present on ears and breast with swelling and crusting in those areas. Also c/o fatigue, sore throat, cp, and constipation. Denies smoking, EtOH and drugs. Takes B12 and recently completed a 3 day course of steroids. Denies smoking, EtOH, or drugs.
