Intrarater and interrater reliability of the dynamic gait index in post stroke patients with eye movement disorders
The Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) is a useful tool that has been evaluated for its reliability in patients with vestibular disorders, elderly people and, in chronic stroke population. Present study was aimed to evaluate the intrarater and interrater reliability of the DGI to measure dynamic balance and gait performance in stroke patients with eye movement disorders.

What are the effects of pilates in the post stroke population? A systematic literature review & meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials
Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide (B éjot et al., 2016; Wafa et al., 2020). Approximately 1.1 million people in Europe suffer a stroke each year (Béjot et al., 2016; Wafa et al., 2020). Stroke survivors are often left with mobility, strength and balance deficits, which impact negatively on their functional independence and pre-dispos e them to a sedentary lifestyle, increasing their risk of falls and further strokes (Billinger et al., 2014). Studies have shown that physical activity levels of community dwelling people with stroke remain lower than their age-matched counterparts (English et al., ...

Effects of mental practice on mobility of individuals in the early subacute post-stroke phase: A randomized controlled clinical trial
Only a small number of clinical trials were designed to investigate Mental Practice (MP)'s use for gait rehabilitation in individuals in the early subacute post-stroke phase. This trial aims to investigate the effect of mental practice on mobility rehabilitation in the early subacute phase after a stroke in comparison to a control group.

Adaptive sports for promoting physical activity in community-dwelling adults with stroke: A feasibility study
Despite proven health benefits of regular participation in physical activities (PA), adults with stroke fail to achieve recommended levels of PA. Sports being an enjoyable activity is more likely to encourage participation. Therefore, the objectives of the present study are i) to develop and test the feasibility of adaptive sports for promoting PA and QoL in community-dwelling adults with stroke, and ii) to explore the participants perception and experiences of playing adaptive sports.
