Contraindicated Use of Bevacizumab and Toxicity in Elderly Patients With Cancer.
CONCLUSION: Our study demonstrates widespread use of bevacizumab among patients who had contraindications. Black patients were less likely to receive the drug, but those who did were more likely to have a contraindication. Association of Intensive Morphine Treatment and Increased Stroke Incidence in Prostate Cancer Patients: A Population-based Nested Case-Control Study
Conclusions Intense morphine treatment may be associated with an increased stroke incidence in patients with malignancy, and the association is particularly significant for prostate cancer patients.
