Conclusion The rates of stroke or systemic embolism and major bleeding events were not negligible among Japanese cancer patients with AF receiving OACs. He had undergone neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy for metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma. The serum D-dimer values were within the normal range.
