CONCLUSIONS: Ticagrelor appears to be as effective and safe as clopidogrel in stent-assisted coiling or flow-diversion treatment for unruptured cerebral aneurysms.

FRED Flow Diverter: A Study on Safety and Efficacy in a Consecutive Group of 50 Patients INTERVENTIONAL
CONCLUSIONS: The FRED flow diverter is a safe device for the treatment of cerebral aneurysms of various types. Our data reveal high occlusion rates at 3 and 6 months, comparable with those in other flow diverters. Long-term occlusion rates are expected.

Endovascular Treatment of Ruptured Blister-Like Aneurysms: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis with Focus on Deconstructive versus Reconstructive and Flow-Diverter Treatments INTERVENTIONAL
CONCLUSIONS: Endovascular treatment of ruptured blister-like aneurysms is associated with high rates of complete occlusion and good mid- to long-term neurologic outcomes in most patients. Deconstructive techniques are associated with higher occlusion rates but a higher risk of perioperative ischemic stroke. In the reconstructive group, flow diversion carries a higher level of complete occlusion and similar clinical outcomes.

Surpass Flow Diverter in the Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms: A Prospective Multicenter Study EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE LEVEL 2
CONCLUSIONS: Clinical outcomes of the Surpass flow diverter in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms show a safety profile that is comparable with that of stent-assisted coil embolization. Angiographic results showed a high rate of intracranial aneurysm occlusion.

Double Stent-Assisted Coil Embolization Treatment for Bifurcation Aneurysms: Immediate Treatment Results and Long-Term Angiographic Outcome INTERVENTIONAL
CONCLUSIONS: Dual stent–assisted coiling of cerebral aneurysms is a feasible and safe procedure. It may offer a curative solution with long-term durability for treatment of wide-neck small and large aneurysms.
