Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome associated with subarachnoid hemorrhage triggered by hydroxyzine pamoate
Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a disease of unknown etiology characterized by sudden headaches with or without additional neurologic deficits. RCVS has been documented in association with ischemic stroke and convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) , but there are no reports of RCVS associated with SAH in conjunction with hydroxyzine pamoate treatment.
