The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP) is as an evidenced-based model that helps sufferers of chronic pain conditions learn how to better manage their pain symptoms and overall health status. The CPSMP involves a six-week long workshop that is designed for adults with chronic pain conditions to work together and build off of each other ’s strengths and knowledge regarding pain management.
