Update on post-stroke depression: posing new challenges in patients with a minor stroke or transient ischaemic attack.
CONCLUSIONS: Further studies are required with improved design in order to help establish the risk of post-stroke depression at different times after the stroke, minor stroke or TIA and the importance of all the factors described above. PMID: 27149189 [PubMed - in process]

Vertebrobasilar stroke: recording of care times and factors related to early care.
CONCLUSIONS: In the pre-hospital phase is is difficult to identify vertebrobasilar stroke, which causes delays in care times. Training in knowledge of the clinical features of vertebrobasilar stroke could allow these times to be optimised. PMID: 33085077 [PubMed - in process]

Headache attributed to ischaemic stroke. An update on its semiology and diagnosis

Stroke in paediatric patients with sickle-cell anaemia.
CONCLUSIONS. Drepanocytosis is a disease that is emerging in our setting as a result of immigration. It should be suspected in cases of paediatric strokes associated to anaemia, above all in black children under the age of five who were not submitted to neonatal screening.
