Mechanical recanalization in ischemic anterior circulation stroke within an 8-hour time window: a real-world experience.
CONCLUSION: Our data confirms the safety and effectiveness of mechanical recanalization performed in carefully selected patients with ischemic stroke in the anterior circulation within 8 h of stroke onset or with unknown onset time in everyday practice.

Prevalence and prognosis of intracranial stenosis in acute ischemic stroke; a single center registry from Turkey
Conclusion: ICS was seen in 11.6% of acute ischemic stroke cases in our registry. DM appears to be the major risk factor for ICS. Disability was better in patients with ICS. Ethnicity could be a factor causing better disability.

Spirituality and resilience among family caregivers of survivors of stroke: A scoping review.
CONCLUSIONS: Spirituality and resilience following stroke are essential factors in caregiver adjustment following stroke. Further research with a focus on causality and the link between spirituality, resilience and adjustment in this population is needed.

Abstract
Apart from its metabolic or physiological functions, melatonin has a potent cytoprotective activity in the physiological and pathological conditions. Value of pre-intervention CT perfusion imaging in acute ischemic stroke prognosis
This article critically evaluates the value of multimodal CT imaging in early diagnosis and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke with a focus on the role of CTP in delineating tissue characteristics, patient selection, and outcomes after reperfusion therapy.
