Conclusion: Variation in published AF stroke rates for patients not receiving anticoagulant therapy results in multifold variation in the net clinical benefit of anticoagulation. Vitamin K and non-vitamin K antagonists oral anticoagulants for non-valvular atrial fibrillation in real-life.
