A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial of Early versus Routine Caffeine in Extremely Premature Infants
Conclusion This pilot study demonstrated the feasibility of conducting such a trial in extremely preterm neonates. We found that early caffeine administration was associated with improved hemodynamics.
