Stroke rehabilitation service quality improvement plan - a tale of two towns
Purpose: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) committed to a Stroke Quality Improvement (QI) Project to enhance the quality of rehabilitation for patients on the Oxfordshire Stroke Pathway.
