Bone Marrow Stromal Cells Combined with Oxiracetam Influences the Expression of B-cell Lymphoma 2 in Rats with Ischemic Stroke
This study aimed to investigate the combination effects of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and oxiracetam for ischemic stroke. Forty Sprague Dawley female rats (220 ± 20 g) were subjected to a 2-hour ischemic middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)–24 hours reperfusion model. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Rats from BMSCs group, oxiracetam group, and BMSCs + oxiracetam group accepted injection of BMSCs (3 × 106 cells), oxiracetam (800 mg/kg), and BMSCs + oxiracetam, respectively.

Serum Levels of B-cell Lymphoma-2 Anti-Apoptotic Protein and Malignant Middle Cerebral Artery Infarction Mortality
In addition to many disabilities and deaths, ischemic stroke is also responsible for a great consumption of health resources.1 Apart from the primary brain injury due to vasculature obstruction, in ischemic stroke appears a secondary brain injury due to the activation of different physiopathological pathways (as apoptosis).2 –6 Apoptotic changes have been found in brain tissue samples of patients with ischemic stroke.7–11

Granulomatous Angiitis of the Central Nervous System Associated with Hodgkin's Lymphoma: Case Report and Literature Review
We describe the case of a patient with neurological symptoms from GACNS that led to the diagnosis of HL, as well as a literature review focusing on the association between GACNS and HL.

Subacute Methotrexate Encephalopathy Mimicking Ischemic Stroke With Dynamic Changes on Magnetic Resonance Imaging
We report a 35-year-old woman who suddenly developed left hemiparesis and dysarthria at 13 days after treatment with intrathecal and intravenous methotrexate for intravascular large B cell lymphoma with possible central nervous system infiltration. Seven hours after onset, she developed further right hemiparesis and aphasia. However, the majority of neurologic symptoms disappeared spontaneously and completely by 34 hours. We also recorded the dynamic progression and regression of abnormal signals in the bilateral corona radiata on diffusion-weighted imaging, in parallel with neurologic symptoms.

Intravascular Lymphomatosis Presenting with Spinal Cord Infarction and Recurrent Ischemic Strokes
We report on a 64-year-old man with progressive myelopathy at T6-T7 and recurrent cerebral infarctions. This case is illustrative of the clinical course that is seen in IVL. It aims to present a timeline of imaging findings that demonstrate the progression of disease and characteristic pathology findings. We emphasize the importance of IVL on the differential diagnosis of spinal cord infarction.

Multiple Cerebral Hemorrhages With Microbleeds in Intravascular Large B-Cell Lymphoma
This is an extremely rare reported case of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) presenting with acute hemorrhages and numerous microbleeds. An 80-year-old man presented with consciousness disturbances after convulsion. Computed tomography revealed multiple hemorrhages, and susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) demonstrated numerous microbleeds. Brain biopsy showed CD20-positive cells in small vessels; accordingly, IVLBCL was diagnosed. IVLBCL should be considered as a differential diagnosis in multiple cerebral hemorrhages and microbleeds.
