Early Versus Delayed Non-Vitamin K Antagonist Oral Anticoagulant Therapy After Acute Ischemic Stroke in Atrial Fibrillation (TIMING): A Registry-Based Randomized Controlled Noninferiority Study
CONCLUSIONS: Early initiation was noninferior to delayed start of NOAC after acute ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Comparison Between Ticagrelor and Clopidogrel in Elderly Patients with an Acute Coronary Syndrome: Insights from the SWEDEHEART Registry.

Relative Prognostic Importance and Optimal Levels of Risk Factors for Mortality and Cardiovascular Outcomes in Type 1 Diabetes.
CONCLUSIONS: Glycated hemoglobin, albuminuria, duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol appear the most important predictors for mortality and cardiovascular outcomes in patients with type 1 diabetes. Lower levels for glycated hemoglobin, systolic blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol than contemporary guideline target levels appear to be associated with significantly lower risk for outcomes.
