Abstract Anti-platelet treatments, an effective anti-thrombotic therapy, are widely used in non-cardioembolic ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), including aspirin, cilostazol, clopidogrel, and other mono or dual therapies, while the optimal choice remains uncertain.
