Pseudotumoral presentation of cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation
Conclusion: The identification of one or several nonenhancing space-occupying lesions, especially in elderly patients presenting with cognitive impairment, should raise suspicion for the pseudotumoral presentation of CAA-I and lead to T2*-GRE sequences. Perfusion MRI and MRS appear to be useful techniques for the differential diagnosis of this entity.

Limbic Encephalitis Exacerbations and Remissions Charted by Microglial PET Scan: A Case Study (P4.104)

A Case Series Of Non-Bacterial Thrombotic Endocarditis Associated With Gynecological Malignancies (P6.248)
Conclusions:NBTE is an important ischemic stroke mechanism. We have reported three cases where the underlying malignancy was gynecological (endometrial, ovarian, and cervical). In the first two cases, the malignancy was discovered during the investigations for the stroke mechanism, while the third had a known underlying malignancy. Using iron oxide nanoparticles to diagnose CNS inflammatory diseases and PCNSL

Granulomatous angiitis of the CNS revealing a Hodgkin lymphoma
Apart from the iatrogenic effects of treatment, neurologic complications of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) can be divided into direct (meningeal or intracranial/spinal localization) and indirect (paraneoplastic/immune complications).1 Here, we present a patient with granulomatous angiitis of the CNS (GANS) associated with HL that dramatically improved after the treatment of the angiitis by cyclophosphamide, methylprednisolone, and specific chemotherapy.
