The DADA2 phenotype is widely heterogeneous, and patients may present with fever, weight loss, livedo reticularis/racemosa, digital ischemia, cutaneous ulceration, peripheral neuropathy, abdominal pain, bowel perforation, and portal or nephrogenic hypertension.
