CONCLUSIONS: Reducing the risk of falls in community-dwelling stroke survivors seems to be more important than promoting community participation among caregivers. Therapists' perspectives on adapting the Stepping On falls prevention programme for community-dwelling stroke survivors in Singapore.
CONCLUSIONS: Rehabilitation therapists describe challenges in addressing fall prevention within a stroke context, and findings highlight the need for a structured, stroke-specific fall prevention programme rather than a more general approach to education and training. Cross-cultural adaptation and psychometric evaluation of the Singapore version of the Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity.
CONCLUSION: The Singapore version of the CAHAI demonstrated good validity and reliability, similar to the properties of the original CAHAI. Experiences of participating in a vocational rehabilitation program in Singapore
CONCLUSION: The Singaporean VR program demonstrated internationally recommended best practices.
