AbstractPatients with hematological diseases often experience cerebrovascular complications including ischemic stroke, intracerebral and subarachnoid hemorrhage, microbleeds, posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, and dural sinus and cerebral vein thrombosis (CVT). Multiple Myeloma Stage I, II and Renal Insufficiency Are Associated with Increased Stroke Risk (S31.003)
Conclusion: In multiple myeloma,patient’s renal insufficiency and MM Stage I and II were independent predictors of increased stroke risk.
