Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus Discovered During Pain Consult Possibly Complicated With Dural Sinus Thrombosis and Refractory Headache Managed With Ketamine: A Case Report
In this report, we present the case of a 51-year-old male with severe headache and imaging findings of dural sinus thrombosis. He was later diagnosed with herpes zoster ophthalmicus and required aggressive inpatient management of neuropathic pain.
