We report the case of a 69-year-old man with uncontrolled multidrug-resistant secondary hypertension following a 10 year history of endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, with suprarenal fixation and concurrent angioplasty with stenting of the left renal artery for atherosclerotic renal disease, and progressive chronic kidney disease.
