Middle cerebral artery fusiform aneurysm presented with stroke and delayed subarachnoid hemorrhage trapping, thrombectomy, and bypass.
CONCLUSION: Our case describes a complex aneurysm treatment that consisted of aneurysm trapping, thrombus removal and an STA-M3 MCA branch bypass creation for the protection of the patent M3 insular MCA branch and prevention of further ischemia. This procedure rewarded us with an excellent clinical result.

Risk factors of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage after acute ischemic stroke treated with tissue-type plasminogen activator. The effectiveness of activated recombinant factor VII treatment.
Conclusion: The inclusion/exclusion criteria of tPA were based on the AHA/ASA Guidelines for the early management of patients with AIS.These patients had no evidence of infections, bronchoscopy, autoimmune diseases, HIV, and transplantations. Our study suggests that systemic administration of rFVIIa for DAH is effective. Emphysema may be a risk factor for the development of DAH following tPA. When we use tPA for emphysema patients, we must be careful about DAH enough.

Pituitary apoplexy causing acute ischemic stroke: Which treatment should be given priority.
Conclusion: Direct compression of ICA is rare complication of pituitary apoplexy, which caused cerebral ischemia. Conventional angiography should be necessary for accurate diagnosis and prompt surgical decompression should be the treatment of choice.

The reverse question mark and L.G. Kempe incisions for decompressive craniectomy: A case series and narrative review of the literature
CONCLUSION: The utility of the LGK incision is comparable with the classic RQM incision to treat acute brain injuries, where an urgent decompression must be performed. Some of these cases include malignant ischemic strokes, ICH, and empyema.
