Isolated superior striate vein thrombosis in adults.
CONCLUSION: Isolated superior striate vein thrombosis is a rare form of intracranial venous thrombosis and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of stroke-like episodes with headache in adults. Isolated superior striate vein thrombosis presents with characteristic imaging features on CT and MRI. PMID: 31969077 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

Efficacy and safety of embolization of dural arteriovenous fistulas via the ophthalmic artery.
CONCLUSIONS: Trans-ophthalmic artery embolization is an effective and safe treatment for DAVF. PMID: 33106085 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

Mechanical thrombectomy versus medical care alone in large ischemic core: An up-to-date meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: Thrombectomy remained safe and effective by careful selection in patients with low ASPECTS. More studies were warranted to explore contraindications for mechanical thrombectomy in AIS patients, especially in patients with large core volume.PMID:33990150 | DOI:10.1177/15910199211016258

Thrombectomy for distal medium vessel occlusion with a new generation of Stentretriever (Tigertriever 13)
CONCLUSION: Mechanical thrombectomy using the Tigertriever13 appears to be safe and effective for DMVO. Clinical and anatomical results are in line with those of patients with proximal occlusions.PMID:34516332 | DOI:10.1177/15910199211039926

Endovascular embolization for the treatment of epistaxis: Systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: EE for epistaxis has a high rate of procedural success. Interventionalists should be aware of the risk for rebleeding, especially among patients with HHT.PMID:35238666 | DOI:10.1177/15910199221081715

Combined technique as first approach in mechanical thrombectomy: Efficacy and safety of REACT catheter combined with stent retriever
CONCLUSION: A combined MT technique using a stent retriever and REACT catheter resulted in a high rate of successful recanalization and first pass recanalization in a sample of consecutive patients with AIS due to LVO in clinical use.PMID:35491662 | DOI:10.1177/15910199221095798

Flow diverter retreatment for intracranial aneurysms: A meta-analysis of efficacy and feasibility
CONCLUSIONS: We demonstrated that flow diverter is an effective retreatment strategy except in patients with non-saccular aneurysms. It should be considered as a first-line option for patients with recurrent intracranial aneurysm.PMID:35505615 | DOI:10.1177/15910199221095972
