Unusual bifrontal cerebral infarction related to pituitary apoplexy. An uncommon presentation and literature review
CONCLUSION: PA leading to cerebral infarction is a rare condition that presents high morbidity and mortality levels. There are two main mechanisms related: direct arterial compression and arterial vasospasm.
