In this study, we aimed to investigate the ameliorative effect of ascorbic acid (AA) on CED and the underlying mechanism of action in the corneal endothelium.METHODS: Rabbit corneal endothelial damage was induced by anterior chamber injection of benzalkonium chloride (BAK).
