AbstractImpaired angiogenesis in endothelial cells is a hallmark of diabetes vascular complications. Ras guanine ‐releasing protein 1 (RasGRP1) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for Ras, and its role in endothelial angiogenesis has not been investigated.
