Potential therapeutic benefit of ursodeoxycholic acid in the management of non hepato-biliary upper gastrointestinal disorders
CONCLUSION: Ursodeoxycholic acid has a limited therapeutic role in functional dyspepsia. There is promising evidence that it may serve as a chemopreventive for Familial adenomatous polyposis and Barret's esophagus, although further research is needed to confirm these findings.PROSPERO No.: CRD 42021267689.PMID:37182914 | DOI:10.15537/smj.2023.44.5.20220886
