Adult- Onset Centronuclear Myopathy.
We report a 50 year old male patient with centronuclear myopathy (CNM) in whom the disease manifested itself in the fifth decade of life without any family history of such illness.

Myopathy: Effect of Vitamin D Deficiency Beyond Bones.
We report the case of a middle aged female with chronic quadriparesis and new onset anemia associated with Vitamin D deficiency. Patient responded to vitamin D supplementation alone.

High Prevalence of Hypovitaminosis D in Patients Presenting with Proximal Muscle Weakness: A Sub-Himalayan Study.
Conclusion: Muscle weakness is common among vitamin-D deficient individuals. Our study indicates that more focus should be on muscle symptoms in at risk population groups. The vitamin D deficiency related myopathy should not be missed due to its potential reversibility with vitamin D supplementation.

GIST (ILEAL) Revealed by Peculiar Paraneoplastic-myositis and Hypo-Thyroidism
CONCLUSION: Upto 10% dermato-myositis 5% poly-myositis can be paraneoplastic manifestation of underlying solid organ malignancy. overexpression of thyroid-hormone-inactivating type 3 iodothyronine deiodinase (D3) enzyme from GIST tumours often leads to hypothyroidism.
