Barriers and facilitators to healthcare for people without documentation status: A systematic integrative literature review
CONCLUSION: These findings illuminate the complex healthcare disparities experienced by people without documentation status and underscore facilitators enhancing care accessibility. Future research is needed to explore interventions to increase access to care for this population.IMPACT: This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the complex barriers and facilitators to healthcare for people without documentation status in the United States. A prognostic model for systemic lupus erythematosus-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension: CSTAR-PAH cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: This new risk stratification model for systemic lupus erythematosus-associated pulmonary arterial hypertension may provide individualized prognostic probability using readily obtained clinical risk factors. Incidental presentation of appendix neuroendocrine tumor: Long-term results from a single institution

The Antidepressant Effects of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Adults treated with GLP-1RAs showed significant reductions in the depression rating scale scores compared to those treated with control substances.
