The Safety of Antirheumatic Drugs
CONCLUSION: A suitable, safe antirheumatic drug can be chosen for each patient in consideration of individual risk profiles. Regular monitoring enables the early detection of adverse effects. The risk profile of JAK inhibitors, in particular, will be studied in further trials.PMID:34918622 | DOI:10.3238/arztebl.m2021.0389

Pregnancy and Autoimmune Disease: Diseases of the Nervous System, Connective Tissue, and the Bowel
CONCLUSION: The care of pregnant women with chronic diseases requires collaboration between specialists of the pertinent levels of care. A stable course of disease before conception, close interdisciplinary care, and pregnancy-compatible medication contribute to a reduction in maternal and perinatal complications.PMID:34874264 | DOI:10.3238/arztebl.m2021.0353

Sinogenic Orbital Complications
CONCLUSION: In 95-98% of cases in stages I-IV, healing is complete and without further sequelae. Even if vision is affected preoperatively, it usually recovers fully when therapy is appropriate. Approximately 15% of the patients who undergo surgery need more than one operative procedure.PMID:34874263 | DOI:10.3238/arztebl.m2021.0379
