Evaluation of inpatient medication guidance from an artificial intelligence chatbot
CONCLUSION: Traditional search methods using a drug database provide more clinically correct, complete, safe, and useful answers than a chatbot. When the chatbot generated a response, the clinical correctness was similar to that of a drug database; however, it was not rated as favorably for clinical completeness, safety, or usefulness. Meta-analysis of the effect of whole-body vibration training on the improvement of limb function in patients with Parkinson's disease
CONCLUSIONS: Compared with conventional therapy, WBV has certain advantages in improving the balance function and gait performance of PD patients, but the effect on balance ability and daily living ability is not significant. Clinical characteristics and short-term outcomes of adult patients with urolithiasis: first report from Somalia
CONCLUSIONS: The rate of adults with urolithiasis is relatively high in Somalia, as in many other African countries, with a significant male predominance.
